The Sarlacc has become a huge part of Star Wars lore thanks to Fett's apparent demise, so the creature being blown up is definitely significant. With that, we jump ahead to The Mandalorian's post-credits scene, which suggests that nothing of great significance happened between then and when Fett tracked down Din Djarin. ![]() Next, it's time to return to the Sarlacc Pit where the monster once again attempts to devour Fett.and his ship! Thanks to a timely intervention from Shand, the Sarlacc is killed, though Boba now realises his armour isn't there. ![]() Before that, he manages to gain some measure of vengeance for the fallen Tusken Raiders by blowing that gang to smithereens. They successfully shoot their way through Jabba's palace and fly off with a plan to retrieve Fett's armour. In today's episode, "The Gathering Storm," we learn that Fett saw Din Djarin's flares from afar and that's what led him to Fennec Shand's prone body.įrom there, he manages to get her healed (with some cybernetic implants) and asks that she help him retake his "Firespray Gunship" from Bib Fortuna. If you've had quite enough of seeing Boba Fett in his Bacta Tank, you'll no doubt be pleased that The Book of Boba Fett's flashbacks are finally over.
